VHS School Beautification projects Assist with school beautification projects. Last year, the Student Club refurbished existing bulletin boards near Room 50 and in the main hallway. These bulletin boards are used by many clubs throughout the school. The boards were in bad shape and posting posters started to become harder because of the corkboard falling apart. The previous year, the Student Club refurbished existing benches by Room 1. Students use these benches to eat on during lunchtime. In previous years, the PTSA built 6 flagpoles and banners in our school colors for the school stadium. These are usually displayed at graduation and other special events. Currently, the Student Club is planning to fundraise to earn funds for a project for this year. They are still in the planning stage. For more information on how to help, contact Stefanie Fereday-Mannel, VP, at 446-7461, or email here. |
