Art Club
- The Art Club is a group of students at Vaca High who meet during the year to plan events that are art related.
- The purpose of the Art Club is to get students involved in the appreciation and viewing of art. We take field trips throughout the year to museums and galleries to see art exhibits. This year (2005-06) field trips will be limited because of the School District's 'no field trip policy.'
- In 2004-05 the Art Club went to the Di Rosa Art Preserve, the SF Museum of Modern Art and the UC Berkeley Museum of Art.
- The Art Club meets in room 35 when meetings are called. Check the bulletin for the announcement.
- There are no dues required to join the Art Club. Students do not need to be great artists to join, just have an interest in the appreciation of art.
- Ms. Anthony is the Advisor.
