Members in Attendance – Cindy Hamilton, Joan Mumaugh, Joanna Chew, Lynne Waslohn, Diane Thompson, Alice Delgado, Jane Sullivan, Itsuko Moriadara, Julie Osborn, Pat Collins, Cashie Hull, Missy Marshall, Melody Scott, Patty Williams, Shenae Weggoner, Meeting was called to order at 12:45 p.m. by Joanna Chew, Captain. Minutes from November were read and approved. Treasurers Report Melody Scott reported that our balance at the end of the year will be around $2,000, of which $800-$900 needs to be reserved for purchase of balls. Discussion ensued as to what to do with the remaining money. A motion was made, seconded and passed to increase the year- end bonuses to pro shop staff by $20 each.
NEW BUSINESS Team Play Dates Golf committee recently voted to remove all outside play on Fridays for the upcoming year, which causes a conflict with the two team play dates at Green Valley for 2010, items that have already been calendared and approved. It was decided that Missy would represent the group at the next upcoming board meeting to try to resolve the issue. Tournament Rules Per Joan Mumaugh, Mark wants the general rules for our 4 major tournaments so he can make a binder with the information. Tournament Chairs agreed to provide. Invitational Checkbook Di Thompson turned over the checkbook to Cindy. Card needs to be redone at the bank, removing Joanna Chew and adding new signatories. Meeting was adjourned at 1:15.
