Board Meeting – December 2, 2008

Members in Attendance – Julie Osborne, Sarah Johnson, Lynne Waslohn. 
Mary Gay Whiting, Joanna Chew, Marilyn Walker, Alice Delgado, Cindy Hamilton. Itsuko Moridaira, Melody Scott, Loretta McGinnis, Shenae Waggoner, Jane Sullivan, Nancy French, Missy Marshall, Pam Angen, Judy Bloom, Joanne West, Ann Gemmer.

Meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m. by Julie Osborn, Captain

Minutes from November 4  meeting were read and approved.

Old Business

Per Julie Osborn, the new plaque for the Women’s Club Championship has been ordered.  It has space for 25 years of names.

Julie introduced all the new members of the 2009 Board of Directors.

Joanna Chew, the new captain, announced that she and Cindy Hamilton will be handling the invitational in 2009.  Carol Massier, incoming captain of the Niners, will assist with decoration and will solicit niners for help.  The theme will be tropics, and the first invitational meeting will occur on December 18.  The Wednesday event will be eliminated for the upcoming invitational.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:45.
